1.1. This website at https://yairncpa.co.il ("the Site") is operated by Novo Finance Ltd., company no. 515550432, the Yair Novoselsky CPA firm ("the Company", "we").

1.2. These terms of use ("the Terms") govern your use of the Site and its content. Browsing and using the Site constitute full acceptance of these Terms and of the Company's privacy policy. If you do not agree to the Terms, please refrain from using the Site.

1.3. The Terms are worded in the masculine for convenience only and refer to women and men alike. Headings are for reading convenience only.

1.4. The Company may update these Terms from time to time, at its discretion. Continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2.1. The content on the Site, including articles, guides, calculators and videos, is intended to provide general information only and does not constitute professional advice - accounting, tax, legal, pension or other - and may not be relied upon as a substitute for personal, tailored advice.

2.2. The calculators on the Site provide an initial estimate only, based on data and rates in effect at the time of publication, and do not constitute an opinion or a binding calculation. Tax figures and legislation change from time to time, and inaccuracies may occur. Any decision or action based on the information on the Site is the sole responsibility of the user.

2.3. Using the Site or contacting us through it does not create a client-accountant relationship between the user and the Company. Such a relationship is created only through an explicit written engagement.

These Terms are governed by Israeli law only. Exclusive jurisdiction over any matter concerning these Terms or use of the Site lies with the competent courts in Jerusalem.
